Option one. Start here.
A website that makes choosing you the easy decision.
Most people find a local service business on their phone, look at two or three, and call one. This site is built for that moment: your real work, your real reviews, and one obvious next step. You see a free demo of it before you decide anything.
Who it's for
Established local service businesses
Roofers, landscapers, fencing and concrete crews, septic, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, pest control. Photographers and videographers, auto repair and detailing shops, movers, cleaning companies, salons and barbers, dog trainers and groomers, tutors, gyms and martial arts studios, med spas and chiropractors, home inspectors. If you already do good work and have customers who'd say so, this is built for you.
It's not for a brand new business with no reviews and no photos yet. The site is built from what's real, and there has to be something real to build from. If that's where you are, call anyway and I'll tell you what to do first.
What's included
What the site includes
Built for the way people actually find and choose a local service business, which is mostly on a phone.
Mobile-first design
Most of your customers will find you on a phone. The site is designed for that screen first and the desktop second.
Your real photos and reviews
Work you've actually done and things customers have actually said, shown as they are.
One clear call to action
Call or request an estimate. Every page points at the one thing you want a visitor to do next.
A page for each main service
Each service you offer gets its own page, so someone searching for that one thing lands on a page about that one thing.
A service area that's true
Coverage that matches where you actually work. No made-up towns and no pretend offices.
Fast load times
Light pages and optimized images, so the site opens quickly on a phone signal and doesn't make people wait.
Local SEO basics, done properly
Page titles, structured data and alignment with your Google Business Profile. The groundwork, without the jargon.
The demo-first process
You see a free demo before you decide
I look at your business online
Your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your photos, your current site if you have one. Most of what a good homepage needs is already out there.
I build a free demo of your homepage
Nobody else sees it. It's built from your real reviews and photos, so you're looking at your business, not a template with your name dropped in.
We look at it together
On a quick Zoom I walk you through it on my screen. If it's not for you, say so and that's the end of it. If you like where it's headed, we talk for ten minutes about what it costs.
The full site gets built
A page for each main service, your service area, a contact page, a privacy page. You send photos and answer a short questionnaire. I do the rest.
It moves to your domain
The finished site goes live on the domain you own. If you don't have one, I'll help you register it in your name, not mine.
The monthly plan starts
Hosting, security, updates and changes are covered from launch. Month to month. Cancel any time.
Who does what
What I handle, and what you provide
What I handle
- Writing, layout and the build
- Hosting, security and updates
- Page titles, structured data and Google Business Profile alignment
- Changes when your services, photos or details change
- Moving the site to your domain
What you provide
- Photos of work you've actually done
- About fifteen minutes for a short questionnaire
- A look at the demo and an honest opinion
- Access to your domain, or a few minutes to register one
After launch
Changes are part of the plan
New service, new photos, new phone number. Send it over and it gets updated. Hosting and security are handled, and there's no plugin to update or certificate to renew on your end, because there's nothing like that for you to manage.
If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of the month. Your domain and everything on the site about your business stay yours.
What comes next
Once the website is working, the next question is what happens when the phone rings.
Missed calls, slow replies and estimates that go cold are the second option. It gets added after the site is live, never before.
Questions about the website
Can I see the demo before I commit to anything?
Yes. That's the whole point of it. The demo exists before you've agreed to or paid for anything.
What if I already have a website?
Then the demo gives you something to hold up next to it. If your current site is doing its job, I'll say so, and you'll have lost nothing but a look.
Do you use templates?
Every site is built on the same foundation, and every page on it is written for your business from your reviews, your photos and your services. Nobody else gets your pages.
Who owns the site?
You own the domain and everything on the site that's about your business, including the photos and the reviews. I own the framework it's built on, the same way a builder owns his tools.
Will it work on phones?
It's designed for phones first and desktops second, because that's where most of your customers are when they find you.
What does it cost?
Simple monthly pricing with no setup fee and no contract. The exact number is a ten-minute phone conversation.
