Step by step
First look to monthly plan

You reach out, or I've emailed you. Either way, I look at what's already public about your business: your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your photos, your current site if you have one.
Free demo of your homepage
I build the demo from that material and walk you through it on a quick Zoom. Nobody else sees it, and there's nothing to sign.
We look at it together
On a quick Zoom I walk you through it on my screen. If it's not for you, say so and that's the end of it. If you like where it's headed, we talk about which option fits and what it costs.
Full build
I write and build the rest, with a page for each main service, your service area, a contact page and a privacy page. You send photos and answer a short questionnaire.
Launch on your domain
The site moves to the domain you own. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you register it in your name.
The monthly plan
Hosting, security, updates and changes are covered from launch. Month to month. Cancel any time and the domain and content stay yours.

Later
Adding follow-up or reviews
Once the site is live and doing its job, the lead follow-up and review growth options can be added. Each is its own short conversation, and neither is required.
Questions about the process
What if I don't like the demo?
Then you say so and that's the end of it. You've paid nothing and you owe nothing. I'd rather hear no early than build something you don't want.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time.
How do changes work after launch?
Send them over by email or phone. Updates are part of the monthly plan, so a new photo or a changed phone number isn't a separate bill.
What do I need to start?
Nothing yet. I build the demo from what's already public. Photos and the questionnaire come after you've said yes.
